The Keins KB-25 Series pipe bender is designed to provide outstanding performance over a broad range of pipe bending applications. Featuring a 1-1/4" OD maximum capacity, the KB-25 Series is ideally suited for HVAC copper tube bending applications, automotive steel tubing and furniture components. Because of the fast cycle time, the KB-25 Series gives you production rates well over 1000 tubes per hour, giving you the competitive edge in larger tube sizes without sacrificing quality.
When incorporated with our Networking software, DataLinx, the Windows controller reduces new part development time and increases your production. It has outstanding features including a "Teach" mode that will allow you program a part as you go. It also provides multiple levels of security to help eliminate any unwanted changes to the controller that would impact production negatively.
You can also incorporate a Motoman robot and a Romer CMM into the mix to help increase production and accuracy and minimizing your down time and scrap. As one of the most flexible CNC pipe benders on the market today, the KB-25 Series is your key to profitable pipe bending for many years to come!
